Tressa Pope joins us as a Loan Officer with over 24 years of progressive experience within the mortgage industry.
Tressa quickly assumed higher levels of leadership at Countrywide Home Loans, First Horizon and MetLife Loans. Prior to her work as an Independent Loan Officer, she served as an Operations Manager and Loan Officer with PrimeLending where she met Nareg and Khaled over 10 years ago. Not only does Tressa use her Underwriting background to creatively help Entrepreneurs and Families with their Real Estate mortgage needs; she is also an affordable housing specialist who Volunteers with Affordable Housing Initiatives and City Planning. She earned her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University.
She has appeared as a Housing expert on NPR’s Air Talk with Larry Mantle and is a Housing Consultant for the LA Times.
In her spare time, Tressa enjoys karaoke, escape room games, and spending time with her husband, and menagerie of cats & dogs at their home in Van Nuys, CA.
