Khaled (Kal) is a Co-Founder of Loan Titan with extensive experience in mortgage lending, real estate investing, and team management. Kal was raised in South Pasadena, CA and attended California State University, Los Angeles where he received a bachelor's in finance and economics. Kal earned his real estate license when he was just 18 years old. After 2 years as an agent, Kal quickly realized his true interest in the finance side of his transactions. He pivoted to the mortgage industry where he continued to find great success. He has been ranked in the top 1% of mortgage loan originators in America consistently for the past 5 years. Kal's daily focus at Loan Titan is customer service, business development, and loan origination. When Khaled is not working, he likes to spend his time with his wife Raya, parents, and loved ones. Nothing matters more to him than his family and friends.
